Bhubaneswar: The maximum temperature (day temperature) across Odisha is very likely to rise by 3-4 degree Celsius in the next four/five days, said the IMD today.
Dry weather is likely to prevail across Odisha till March 6, said the IMD regional centre in its evening bulletin today.
“The maximum temperature at many places over the districts of Odisha is very likely to rise gradually by 3-4 degree Celsius during the next four/five days,” said HR Biswas, the head of IMD regional centre here.
Today’s highest maximum temperature of 38 degree Celsius was recorded at Boudh, followed by 37 degree Celsius at Nayagarh and Malkangiri, said the IMD.
The maximum temperature was 36.6 degree Celsius in Bhubaneswar and 35.2 degree Celsius in Cuttack today, added the IMD.
The maximum temperature in Bhubaneswar may hover around 38/39 degree Celsius in the next six days. The Cuttack city is likely to witness maximum temperature in the range of 36-39 degree Celsius during the period, said the IMD.
