In a minor reshuffle in the IPS cadre, Balasore SP Jaynarayan Pankaj has been shifted to the police headquarters here as the AIG (Headquarters) while 2002 batch IPS officer S Praveen Kumar, who was SP, Vigilance here, has been posted as Balasore SP in his place.

A notification in this regard was issued today after obtaining necessary permission from the Election Commission (EC), official sources said.
