In a board daylight heist, two bike-borne miscreants today allegedly looted Rs 3.33 lakh from a businessman in busy Badambadi area in Odisha’s Cuttack city.

According to reports, an Angul-based businessman—Patakada— had visited a private bank in Badambadi area at around 2 pm today to deposit the money.

However, he had to return unsuccessfully without transacting any business. While he was approaching towards his car, two waiting miscreants snatched the cash bag from him and sped on the two-wheeler.

Meanwhile, Badambadi police have launched a probe following a written complaint filed by the businessman.
