Missing man found hanging in forest in Odisha’s Sonepur

Sonepur: A man who had gone missing was found hanging from a tree in Singhijuba Reserve Forest under Binika police limits in Odisha’s Sonepur district.

The deceased has been identified as Mangulu Bhuye (45) of Saraguna village in the area.

Locals initially spotted the body and informed the family members. The body, which has been decomposed, was recovered by cops for post-mortem. The reason behind the death was yet to be ascertained.

Kin of the deceased said he went missing few days ago. On the other hand, police have registered an unnatural death case into the incident and started an investigation to ascertain the circumstances which led to the death of the person.
