More sites for COVID vaccination in Bhubaneswar; Slots to open today

Bhubaneswar: In massive vaccination drive against COVID-19, the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) opened more sites to vaccinate people of 18-44 age group and above 45 years.

As per the notification, the slots will be available for first dose for 18-44 age group and for both doses for 45+ age group. The booking of slots on CoWIN website will start from 7.00 PM onwards today.

The beneficiaries can receive the jabs between 9.00 AM and 1.00 AM (first dose for 18-44 age group and 1st and 2nd dose for 45+) and from 3.00 PM to 6.00 PM (1st dose for 18-44 and 1st and 2nd dose for 45+) at the allotted session sites — Satyanagar UPHC, Unit-4 CGHS Hospital, Jayadev Vihar ESI Hospital and Bharatpur Central Ayurvedic Institute.

Four more vaccination centres opened in BMC area for its citizens for vaccination.

Slots will be available for 1st dose for 18-44 age group and for both type of doses for 45+ age group.

The vaccination will continue from June 15 to June 19 at these above mentioned centres in Bhubaneswar.
