Bhubaneswar: Management Practices are changing continuously to keep pace with the changes across the
Globe. This changing scenario has brought about several challenges for the stakeholders. In this context, United School of Business Management (USBM) had organized a National Seminar on “Emerging Trends; Challenges in Management Practices: A Global Perspective”.
The Seminar was inaugurated by chief guest Bijay Bhushan Nanda, Director, Directorate of Economics and Statistics, Government of Odisha and Tanaya Patnaik, Executive Director, Sambad Group (Guest of Honour) in the presence of Soumyakanta Balabantaray, Director, USBM, Prof. Kahnu Charan Swain, Academic Advisor, USBM and Prof Sanjib Kumar Das, Principal.
Prof D. V. Ramana, Professor of Accounting, XIM University, Prof Surya Prakash Pati, Associate Professor (HR), IIM, Kozhikode, Dibyajyoti Pattanaik, Director, Annapurna Finance Pvt. Ltd., and Prof Rudra Prakash Pradhan, Professor, Vinod Gupta School of Management, IIT, Kharagpur addressed the delegates and the students as keynote
speakers. Faculty members from various colleges participated in the event hosted by Swati
Mishra and supported by all the staff.
