New train between Jasidih and SMVT, Bengaluru via Bhadrak, Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: The Ministry of Railways has decided to introduce a new train between Jasidih and SMVT, Bengaluru via Bhadrak, Bhubaneswar and Visakhapatnam under ECoR jurisdiction.

On regular service, Jasidih-SMVT, Bengaluru Super Fast Express (22306) will leave Jasidih at 0630hrs on Fridays from September 30. In the return direction, SMVT, Bengaluru-Jasidih Super Fast Express (22305) will leave SMVT, Bengaluru at 1000hrs on Sundays from October 2.

The train will have stoppage at Bhadrak, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Vizianagaram and Visakhapatnam in ECoR jurisdiction. Besides, it will stop at important stations like Asansol, Durgapur, Barddhaman, Kharagpur, Balasore, Nellore, Perambur, Katpadi and Jolarpettai between Jasidih and SMVT, Bengaluru from both the directions.

The train has one 1st AC, Four AC-2 Tier, 10 AC-3 Tier, two sleeper class, two second class seating, one pantry car and two guard, luggage & generator car in its composition.

During the inaugural run on September 23, the train will leave Jasidih at 1530hrs and will run as a special train from Jasidih to SMVT, Bengaluru.
