New Zealand Captain Kane Williamson And Wife Sarah Blessed With A Baby Girl

New Zealand skipper Kane Williamson and wife Sarah have been blessed with a baby girl, shared the first picture on Instagram, quoting – “Overjoyed to welcome a beautiful baby girl into our family.”

Recently, Kane opted for paternity leave to spend some quality time with his wife, Sarah, for their first child’s birth. Due to the pregnancy, Kane had to miss the 2nd Test against West Indies, and he was also in line to play the Test in Wellington, but unfortunately, he had to take paternity leave for his wife.

The New Zealand captain shared a lovable photo of his newborn baby as he and his wife Sarah Raheem welcomed the baby girl into the world on his Instagram account. While sharing a picture of him hugging his child, he wrote, “Overjoyed to welcome a beautiful baby girl into our family.”

Indian opener Shikhar Dhawan was the first to congratulate in the official social media account – “Congratulations and lots of love to you and your family.” Even the official handle of New Zealand’s women’s cricket team wrote – “Future WHITE FERN!”

Kane is expected to return for the side for the last two T20Is of the three-match series against Pakistan beginning Friday. So far, he has played 81 Tests, 151 ODIs, and 60 T20Is for New Zealand, in which he has scored 6727, 6173, and 1665 runs, respectively.
