Nine more succumb to COVID-19 in Odisha, toll at 428

Bhubaneswar: COVID-19 claimed nine more lives in Odisha as the toll mounted to 428, official sources said today.

The deceased have been identified as:

1. A 55-year-old man of Balasore district.

2.A 55-year-old man of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease.

3. A 70-year-old man of Bolangir district who was also suffering from Diabetes.

4.A 39-year-old man of Cuttack district who was also suffering from Diabetes & Hypertension.

5. A 56-year-old man of Gajapati district.

6. A 73-year-old man of Ganjam district who was also suffering from Diabetes & Hypertension.

7. A 68-year-old man of Ganjam district who was also suffering from Diabetes.

8. A 65-year-old man of Sundergarh district who was also suffering from Diabetes & Hypertension.

9. A 51-year-old man of Sundergarh district who was also suffering from Hypertension.

The state today also reported 2752 fresh COVID-19 cases as the tally rose to 84231.
