No Sunday Classes from April: Odisha Minister

Bhubaneswar: Odisha School and Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash today said physical classes of Class 9 to 12 students on Sundays might not continue from April.

Speaking to mediapersons, the Minister said courses of the students have almost been completed and classes for revision of subjects are likely to begin from April. Students might not need to attend Sunday classes anymore from next month, he said.

“All the courses will be covered by March end  and there seems to be no need of regular classes anymore. Students’ footfall in the classes has also decreased. They are now concentrating on self study,” the Minister added.
