Jeypore, Feb 15:
Three persons, including a teacher identified as Trinath Harichandan, were detained by police last night in Koraput district for allegedly distributing money to fetch votes in the ongoing panchayat polls in Odisha.

According to reports, the trio was held from Dangarpaunsi under Kundura block in the district.
Police have seized Rs 38,000 from their possession, sources said.
