Twin City Commissionerate Police have nabbed notorious criminal Sushant Reddy and two of his aides from Odisha capital while planning dacoity, police said today.

According to sources, Sushant was out on bail from Jharpada Special Jail here few days ago.

A team of Mancheswar police apprehended the four anti-socials while they were planning to commit dacoity in the city. Police seized a 9 MM pistol and five live bullets from their possession.

A number of murder and dacoity cases are pending at several police stations against Sushant, police said.

During the preliminary investigation, police have come to know that the arrested criminals have links with Vikram Mallick who is presently lodged in Jharpada jail.
