Now, Modi has a selfie with Chinese premier

Beijing, May 15:

Even as he was busy boosting bilateral ties with Chinese Premier Li Keqiang, Prime Minister Narendra Modi found time take a selfie with him on the second day of his three-day visit to China.

Modi who is known for his passion for taking selfies, took to Twitter to thank Premier Li, tweeting “It’s selfie time! Thanks Premier Li.”

At the Temple of Heaven in Beijing, Modi also clicked selfies with the students who took part in the Yoga-Tai Chi joint event on Friday.

MEA spokesperson Vikas Swarup also tweeted a picture of Modi with Premier Li, saying, “Where selfies are concerned, there’s always scope for one more! PM @narendramodi with Premier Li, Temple of Heaven.”

Earlier, addressing the media after talks with Premier Li here, Modi said bilateral cooperation was a very important part of his talks with Li and with Chinese President Xi Jinping.

“We covered all issues, including those that trouble smooth development of our relations,” he said. (IANS)
