Nursing girl student dies by ‘suicide’ in private college hostel
Bhubaneswar: The body of a nursing girl student was found hanging under mysterious circumstances in a private college hostel located at Jamukoli under Airfield police limits on the outskirts here, today.
Identity of the deceased girl inmate has not been ascertained yet. However, she belonged to Balangir district and was a first-year student of the nursing college, a police official said.

On being informed, Airfield police immediately reached the spot and seized the body. Police have sent the body to hospital for post-mortem and launched a probe in this connection.
Actual cause behind the girl’s death can be confirmed only after a post-mortem report comes in, a senior official in the police station expressed. Further details are still awaited.
