OAS reshuffle: 36 officers transferred in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: The state government today effected a major reshuffle in Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) cadre officers with transfer of as many as 36 personnel working in different capacities.

As per the notification issued by General Administration and Public Grievance Department, the officers have been transferred by order of the Governor.

Puri ADM Bibhuti Bhusan Das has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in Health & Family Welfare Department.

Additional Secretary in SD & TE Department Jayanta Narayan Sarangi has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in F&ARD Department.

Rajendra Sarangi, presently posted as Joint Secretary in Board of Revenue has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Odisha Real Estate Regulatory Authority on Foreign Service terms and conditions.

Nabarangpur PD, DRDA Laxmidhar Das has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in Science and Technology Department. Similarly, Manoj Kumar Mohanty presently posted as Additional Commissioner in Gopabandhu Academy of Administration has been transferred and posted as Bhubaneswar Development Authority Secretary on Foreign Service conditions.

Ramakanta Nayak, Additional Land Commissioner, Koraput has been transferred and posted as Nabarangpur PD, DRDA on Foreign Service terms and conditions.

Bhubaneswar ADM Manas Ranjan Samal has been transferred and posted as Land Officer, G.A. & P.G. Department.

Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation Deputy Commissioner Binaya Kumar Dash has been transferred and posted as ADM, Puri.

Sundargarh APD, DRDA, Soudamini Sethi has been transferred and posted as Land Officer, IDCO, Bhubaneswar on Foreign Service terms and conditions.

Gajapati PD, DRDA, Anam Charan Patra, has been transferred and posted as PD, DRDA, Nayagarh on Foreign Service terms and conditions.

Joint Secretary in P.R. & D.W. Nruparaj Sahoo has been transferred and posted as PD, DRDA, Gajapati on Foreign Service terms and conditions.

Land Officer, IDCO Usharani Das has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary in Forest & Environment Department. Rajani Jani, presently working as Administrative Officer of SLN Medical College and Hospital OAS (S), has been transferred as Joint secretary in Public Enterprises Department.

Sibanarayan Nanda, Senior Administrative Officer, BDA, Bhubaneswar has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, Odisha Real Estate Regulatory Authority, on Foreign service terms and conditions.

Ashok Kumar Panda, OAS (S), PD, R&R, Kanpur Irrigation project, Keonjhar has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary in Labour & E.S.l. Department and OSD, Odisha Building & Other Construction Workers Board.

Besides, Binodini Panda, APD (Admin), DRDA, Rayagada has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, Board of Revenue, the notification read.
