Odia actor Pintu Nanda hospitalised in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: Popular Odia actor Pintu Nanda was admitted to a private hospital in Odisha capital due to chronic liver disease, reports said.

Nanda was taken to the hospital after his condition deteriorated.

The concerned doctor has advised him to undergo treatment in Delhi, for which expense of around Rs 50 lakh is required.

While the actor has been discharged from the healthcare facility, he is currently residing at his elder brother’s house.

His fans and well wishers have started a fundraising campaign on social media to facilitate proper treatment of the actor.
