Odisha: 5T Secretary visits Lingaraj Temple to review developmental projects

Bhubaneswar: Intensifying ground level inspection under Mo Sarkar programme, Chief Minister’s Transformation and Initiatives (5T) Secretary VK Pandian today visited the Lingaraj Temple in Bhubaneswar to review developmental projects.

The bureaucrat reached the shrine at around 4.00 am and monitored the inner and outer work of the centuries old temple. Bhubaneswar DCP Anup Sahoo, Work Secretary Krishan Kumar, Khordha ADM Manoranjan Mallik and temple administration officials were also present during his visit.

Recently, the state government had announced Rs 8.5 crore package for the beautification project of Lingaraj Temple.

Under the project, a market complex was demolished near the shrine.

Worth mentioning, Pandian has been visiting hospitals, police stations and other government offices to review services provided to the civilians.
