BJP MLAs today disrupted proceedings in the Odisha Assembly demanding a statement from the chief minister on the issue of a minister of his cabinet constructing an illegal apartment during Zero Hour.

As the BJP MLAs created ruckus inside the House, the speaker was forced to adjourn the House till 12 pm.
