Bhubaneswar: Another 1018 persons in Odisha tested positive for COVID-19 in last 24 hours taking the state’s total caseload to 3,07,004.
Of the total fresh cases detected from all 29 districts, 585 have been reported from different quarantine centres while remaining 433 are local contact cases. Contact tracing and follow-up action is underway, said Information and Public Relation (I & PR ) Department today.
Sundargarh recorded highest 94 fresh cases followed by Mayurbhanj (86) and Khordha (83).
Currently, the number of total active cases in the state stands at 11,715 and recovered cases at 2,93,741.
