Bhubaneswar: Another 1434 persons in Odisha tested positive for COVID-19 in last 24 hours taking the state's total caseload to 3,01,574.
Of the total fresh cases detected from all 30 districts, 833 have been reported from different quarantine centres while remaining 601 are local contact cases. Contact tracing and follow-up action is underway, said Information and Public Relation (I & PR ) Department today.
Khordha recorded highest 144 fresh cases followed by Cuttack (141) and Balasore (99).
Currently, the number of total active cases in the state stands at 13,239 and recovered cases at 2,86,857.
