Odisha adds 245 more COVID-19 cases; tally at 3,31,396

Bhubaneswar: As many as 245 persons in Odisha contracted Coronavirus in the last 24 hours taking the state’s total caseload to 3,31,396.

Of the total fresh cases detected from 23 districts, 141 have been reported from different quarantine centres while 104 are local contact cases. Contact tracing and follow-up action is underway, said Information and Public Relation (I & PR) Department today.

Balangir district recorded highest 40 fresh cases followed by Sundargarh (29) and Khordha (25) districts.

Currently, the number of total active cases in the state stands at 2,163 and recovered cases at 3,27,290.
