Odisha adds 609 new COVID-19 cases; TPR below 1%

Bhubaneswar: As many as 609 persons, including 97 children below 18 years of age, tested positive for COVID-19 in Odisha during the last 24 hours while a total of 64991 samples were tested in the state, yesterday. The Test Positivity Rate (TPR) for the day stood at 0.93%.

Khurda district reported highest 209 fresh infections, followed by Cuttack (71) and Jajpur (36).

With this, the COVID-19 tally in the state reached 1007112 with 7528 active cases.
