The winter session of the Odisha Assembly will commence from December 1 and continue till 26^th of the same month.

A notification in this regard was issued on Thursday after the proposal received approval of Governor SC Jamir. The session will have 21 working days.

The first supplementary budget of the state government for the 2015-16 fiscal will be presented on the opening day (December 1) of the winter session.

On December 8, 9 and 10, the House will debate demands of different departments. On December 11 the House will adopt the Appropriation Bill.

The session will have 18 government business days and three private members’ business days.
