Odisha Assly Budget session likely from Feb 9

The 2016-17 Budget session of the Odisha Assembly is likely to commence from February 9.

Sources said the Odisha Assembly’s secretariat has submitted a proposal to the Parliamentary Affairs department in this regard.

The secretariat has proposed for holding the Budget session in two phases. While the first phase of the session will start on February 9, it will end on February 20.

Similarly, second phase of the session has been proposed from March 8 to end on April 8. The proposal has suggested for 31 working days for the Budget session.
