Odisha-based start up felicitated at CII conference in New Delhi

New Delhi: Odisha-based start up Prantae Solutions has been felicitated during the 4th International Conference on IPR Ease of Doing IP intensive Business in India in New Delhi for its pioneering work in ‘safe motherhood.’

The founder of the start-up Dr Sumona Karjee Mishra received the award along with Dr Aseem Mishra who represented KIIT-TBI at the function.

The conference was organized by Confederation of Indian Industries in association with Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion and Intellectual Property India.

The awards are given under large, medium, small industry and startup segment.

Prantae Solutions was awarded for Life Science and Engineering for trademark, Patents and Design IP.

The award was given by Secretary DIPP Ramesh Abhishek.

The selection was made by panel headed by PadmaShri Mashelkar.

The awardees included Biocon, Sun Pharma, TCS, Hero Motors.

Notably, under Start-up Life Science category there is only one award that was bagged by Prantae Solutions Private Limited.
