Odisha-born IFS appointed as Ambassador of India to Honduras
New Delhi: The Government of India today appointed Indian Foreign Service (IFS) Officer Manoj Kumar Mohapatra as the next Ambassador of India to Honduras.
Mohapatra will be residing in Guatemala City while working concurrently as the Ambassador of India to Honduras, the Ministry of External Affairs stated.

The 2000-batch IFS from Odisha is presently serving as the Ambassador of India to Guatemala.
Mohapatra is expected to take up the new assignment soon, the MEA added.
