Bhubaneswar: Odisha-born Justice Indrajit Mahanty, who is the Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court, has tested positive for COVID-19, informed Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot in a tweet.

Earlier, 5 staffers of the High Court had tested positive for the deadly virus. Justice Mahanty yesterday attended an Independence Day event at the court. Those present in the event have been urged to get tested for the virus.
Justice Mahanty, a native of Cuttack, had taken oath as the Chief Justice of Rajasthan High Court on October 6, last year.
