Odisha: BPUT postpones semester examinations

Bhubaneswar: The Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT) has postponed its semester examinations, which were scheduled to be held on May 20.

The examinations have been rescheduled for June 13, a notification issued by the BPUT said.

BPUT took the decision in view of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) scheduled to be held on May 20. The test was initially scheduled for May 5 and later postponed to May 20 after cyclonic storm FANI caused massive destruction of property and partial shutdown of power and telecom services in the state.
