Odisha CB quizzes Oscar Group agents from Bharuch

The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Odisha Crime Branch today questioned agents and depositors of five branches of Ponzi firm Oscar Group from Bharuch district in Gujarat.

The EOW apart from scrutinizing their documents quizzed them on the modus operandi of the Group.

These depositors and agents from Bharuch district submitted documents relating to fraudulent activities of the Ponzi firm to the tune of Rs 11 crore.

These men demanded an early refund of their deposits and stringent punishment to the culprits. They also demanded bring Ollywood actors who had promoted Oscar Group’s business under the ambit of the probe and their arrest.

It may be recalled here that earlier too duped depositors of Oscar Group from Maharastra and Gujarat had visited the Odisha capital to lodge their complaints with the EOW.
