Odisha CHSE extends date for online form fill up for annual HS exam 2023

Bhubaneswar: Taking into consideration appeals from various Higher Secondary (HS) institutions and students’ representations, the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) Odisha  has decided to extend the online form fill-up date for the annual HS exam 2023. The date extension comes with a fine of Rs 450/- per student.

In a letter dated 9/12/2022 to all HS schools affiliated to the Council, the Controller of Examinations CHSE Odisha informed that the decision was taken to give another chance to students aspiring to appear for the ensuing annual HS exam 2023 who could not fill the forms due to some reasonable problems.

“In continuation of this office notification no-3359 dated 4.11.2022 on the subject cited above, I am directed to say that after careful consideration of proposal of a number of HS institutions and representations of a number of students to extent the online form fill-up date so as to give another chance to students aspiring to appear at the ensuing annual HS exam 2023……..it has been decided to extend online form fill-up  date with fine of Rs 450 per student. You are therefore requested to inform all eligible students in Arts, Science, Commerce, Vocational and Correspondence course who failed to fill up forms, if they so desire, as per revised schedule. The guidelines for the online form fill-up notified vide notification no-3359, dt 4.11.2022 remains unchanged. This is the last chance for students to fill up form for the AHS exam 2023,” the notice read.

As per the announced schedule, the date for form fill-up will be from 12.12.2022 to 17.12.2022. Deposit of fees will be from 19.12.2022 to 20.12.2022 and submission of form fill-up documents will be from 21.12.2022 to 22.12.2022.
