Odisha: Class II boy writes to Pipili MLA seeking better road to his village

Pipli: A Class II boy of Saraswati Sishu Mandir at Gudiapokhari here has written to Pipili MLA Rudra Pratap Maharathy seeking better road communication to his village.

In his letter, Rashmiranjan Rout, son of Nabakishore Rout, of Siula area urged Maharathy to take immediate step to improve the condition of Siula Sanglei-Dina Udaharan road of Pipili in Puri district.

The Class II boy informed Maharathy that he has been facing inconvenience to reach school due to the bad road.

“The poor condition of the road has been troubling us for last many days. I have written a letter to our MLA Rudra Bhai to take immediate step to repair the road,” said Rashmiranjan.

The residents of at least 15 villages, including many school and college students, usually depend upon the Siula Sanglei-Dina Udaharan road, built on a canal embankment, to reach their destinations. The villagers have been facing difficulties due to poor condition of the road for over a year, sources said.
