Odisha CM announces development initiatives for 3 DHHs, RGH

Bhubaneswar: Based on the third set of visit reports of ‘Mo Sarkar’ teams in five districts, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has announced infrastructure development initiatives for Rourkela Government Hospital (RGH) and District Headquarters Hospitals (DHHs) in Sundargarh, Keonjhar and Mayurbhanj.

Here are the initiatives to be undertaken:

Sundargarh District Headquarters Hospital

* Infrastructure gaps will be met from District Mineral Fund including Attendants Rest Shed and Staff Quarters.

* Rs 10 lakh will be given to Sundargarh SP for promotion of Blood Donation Camps.

* Two ambulances and two Mahaprayan vehicles will be provided.

 

Rourkela Government Hospital

* Bed strength will be increased to 400.

* Rs 15 lakh from Chief Minister’s Relief Fund  (CMRF) will be given to Rogi Kalyan Samiti for Patient Welfare & Innovation.

* Rs 10 lakh will be given to Rourkela SP for promotion of Blood Donation Camps.

 

Keonjhar District Headquarters Hospital

* Infrastructure Gaps will be met out of District Mineral Fund.

 

Mayurbhanj District Headquarters Hospital

* Infrastructure Gaps will be met from District Mineral Fund.

* Rs 15 lakh from CMRF will be given for Patient Welfare and Innovation.

* Rs 10 lakh will be given to Mayurbhanj SP for promotion of Blood Donation Camps.
