Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today condoled the death of Former External Affairs Minister and first women Chief Minister of Delhi Sushma Swaraj, who passed away at AIIMS-Delhi after suffering a massive heart attack.
The CM took to Twitter to express his grief over the demise of senior BJP leader and offered condolences.
Deeply saddened by the sudden demise of #SushmaSwaraj ji . She was a warm, respected and a learned leader. She was known to take personal interest even in smallest of people’s problem. Her departure has left a void in Indian politics. My heartfelt condolences to her family.

Leaders across the political spectrum condoled the death of Sushma Swaraj. Foreign leaders also expressed their grief over the demise of former External Affairs Minister.
Earlier, Swaraj had opted out of contesting Lok Sabha polls 2019 citing poor health conditions.
