Notably, the project’s objective is to revive the grandeur of the ancient heritage precinct surrounding the Shaivite shrine, covering an area of 80 acres. This includes a variety of monuments, sacred tanks and water bodies. Focus will be given to the restoration of architectural and archaeological treasures.
