Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik congratulates successful HSC students

Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today congratulated the students who passed annual High School Certificate (HSC) examination-2017 conducted by Board of Secondary Education (BSE).

Patnaik took to micro-blogging site Twitter to congratulate the students.
