Odisha CM urges MPs, MLAs to adopt schools under Mo School initiative

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today urged Union Ministers Dharmendra Pradhan and Pratap Sarangi, Orissa High Court judges, all MLAs and MPs of the state to adopt schools under the Mo School initiative.

In a letter to the elected representatives and judges, the CM advised them to adopt the schools in which they had studied or any school of their choice under the Mo School programme. A person can adopt a maximum of three schools under the initiative.

The CM had launched the Mo School campaign on November 14, 2017 in response to the philanthropic interest from alumni of Odisha schools residing in India and abroad. Mo School is an initiative that aims to create a platform for people to connect, collaborate and contribute to revamping the government and government-aided schools in Odisha.
