Odisha CM wishes people on Nuakhai

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today greeted people of Odisha on the auspicious occasion of Nuakhai.

Taking to Twitter, Patnaik wrote in Sambalpuri language to wish people of Western Odisha on the special occasion.

ନୂଆଁ ଧାନ୍ ସାଙ୍ଗେ ନୂଆଁ ଆଶା ନେଇକରି ପାଲନ୍ କରୁନ୍ ଇ ଭାଇଚାରାର୍ ପରବ୍ ନୂଆଁଖାଇ। ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କର୍ ସୁଖ ଆର୍ ସମୃଦ୍ଧି କାମନା କରୁଛେଁ। ସଭିଙ୍କୁ ମୋର୍ ନୂଆଁଖାଇ ଜୁହାର୍। #NuakhaiJuhar pic.twitter.com/gmMgMkZooQ

The agrarian festival Nuakhai is being celebrated with much enthusiasm by people belonging to western Odisha.

People from all walks of life celebrated Nuakhai after Nabanna was offered to Maa Samaleswari this morning.
