Odisha Congress president fails to cast his vote

Bhubaneswar, Feb 13:

Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) President Prasad Harichandan today failed to exercise his franchise in the ongoing rural polls in the state arriving late at polling booth.

Prasad arrived at booth no 15 of Pandiakera panchayat under Kanas block in Puri district after polling time was over, following which he failed to cast his vote.

Notably, the polling time was scheduled from 7 am to 12 pm for the first phase of three-tier rural polls in the state.
