Odisha COVID cases: 433 more test positive; 4 succumb to virus

Bhubaneswar: As many as 433 more persons, including, 64 children below 18 years of age tested positive for COVID-19 in Odisha during the last 24 hours while a total of 61,935 samples were tested in the state, yesterday.

Khurda district reported highest 207 fresh infections, followed by Cuttack (36) and Sambalpur (17).

With this, the COVID-19 tally in the state reached 1039269 with 4623 active cases.

The Health Department also reported four more deaths due to COVID-19 as the toll rose to 8,316.
