Odisha: Deadline for BSKY Nabin card registration extended once again

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has once again extended the deadline for submission of applications for Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana (BSKY) Nabin card in the state.

The last date for registration of application for BSKY Nabin card has been extended to February 8, said the Health department today.

The state government took this decision with the objective of ‘leaving no deserving rural person behind’ in quality healthcare, added the department.

Health and Family Welfare department Secretary Shalini Pandit issued instructions to this effect today afternoon.

Pandit also directed the officials to intensify awareness programme regarding the registration for BSKY Nabin card at village and panchayat level.

The registration for BSKY Nabin card began on January 6 and it was supposed to end on January 16. However, the state government had extended the deadline to January 26.
