Odisha: Drunk man killed by wife, daughter

Sundargarh: A drunk man was allegedly thrashed to death by his wife and teenage daughter at Kaliaposh village under Bisra police limits in Odisha' Sundargarh district yesterday. The deceased has been identified as Etua Mundari.

According to reports, Mundari returned home last night in an inebriated state after consuming liquor and started beating his wife and daughter. The mother-daughter duo retaliated and thrashed Mundari to death with a wooden plank.

On being informed, police reached the village, recovered the body for post-mortem and initiated an investigation. The two accused were today arrested after they confessed to the crime.
