Bhubaneswar: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) will probe allegations of money laundering against arrested bureaucrat couple Nalini Prusty and her husband Bijay Ketan Sahu.
Sources said the ED will look into the assets possessed by the couple and financial transactions made by the two.
In August last year, Vigilance had arrested ex-financial advisor of Odisha Primary Education Programme Authority (OPEPA) Nalini Prusty and her husband Bijay Ketan Sahu, ex-tehsildar of Chhatrapur in Ganjam, on charges of amassing property disproportionate to their known sources of income.
During a raid, Vigilance officials had unearthed assets worth around Rs 7 crore possessed by the couple.
