Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government today effected a major reshuffle in the level of IAS officers. 2007 batch IAS officer Ranjan Kumar Das was appointed as Additional Secretary to Government, Odia Language, Literature & Culture Department. At present he hold the position of Collector and DM, Jajpur district.

2014 batch IAS Chakravarti Singh Rathore was appointed as Collector & DM, Jajpur. He is currently working as Commissioner, Berhampur Municipal Corporation.

IAS officer Siddeshwar Baliram Bondar, who is currently working as Sub-Collector, Gunupur, was appointed as Commissioner, Berhampur Municipal Corporation.

Keerthi Vasan V, IAS (RR- 2018), OSD, Ganjam (1/c of COVID Management) was appointed as Sub-Collector, Berhampur.

2011 batch IAS officer Arindam Dakua was appointed as Director, Special Project, PR & DW Department. He is currently working as Collector and DM, Balangir district.

2013 batch IAS Madhusmita Sahoo was appointed as Deputy Secretary to Government, Water Resources Department whereas Chanchal Rana was appointed as Collector and DM, Balangir.

Siddharth Shankar Swain was appointed as Collector and DM, Angul. He is currently working as PD, DRDA, Ganjam.

Swadha Dev Singh, IAS (RR-2014), ADM, Mayurbhanj was appointed as Collector and DM, Nuapada.
2016 batch IAS officer Dattatraya Bhausaheb Shinde was appointed as PD, DRDA, Ganjam.

Senior OAS officer Manoj Kumar Mohanty was transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Revenue & DM Department. He is currently working as Collector of Angul district.

2018-batch IAS officer J Sonal, OSD, Gajapati (l/c of COVID Management) was appointed as Sub-Collector, Gunupur.
