Odisha farmer ends life for inability to repay farm loans

Bargarh, July 17:
A farmer in Odisha’s Bargarh district today committed suicide allegedly due to extreme financial hardship, reports said.

Reports said, the deceased farmer Bhagwan Pradhan of Nuapalli village in Bargarh district’s Bheden block took the extreme step after he failed to repay loans he had incurred for farming.
Bhagwan committed suicide by consuming pesticide, the reports added.
