Odisha: Ganesh Puja at public places prohibited in this coastal dist

Berhampur: Ganesh Puja celebrations at public places will be not allowed in Odisha's Ganjam district this year due to the prevailing COVID-19 situation, the Collector informed today.

The official urged the people of the state to cooperate in this regard and not to leave home unless there is emergency work.

A similar decision has already been taken in Gajapati, Bhadrak and Jagatsinghpur districts.
