Bhubaneswar: Swastika Senapati of Nabarangpur district has brought laurels to the State. She has been selected by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) to visit its USA centre.

As a note of appreciation for Swastika’s success in the NASA Ames Space Settlement Contest, the NASA has chosen her to visit the USA centre.

A resident of Khatiguda area of Nabarangpur, Swastika is the daughter of businessman Pradeep Senapati and Sanjukta Senapati.

Family members said Swastika is scheduled to visit NASA’s USA centre from May 20-28, 2020.

She is currently studying in Class IX at Ravindra Bharathi School, Visakhapatnam.
