Odisha govt effects major reshuffle in OAS cadre

Bhubaneswar:  The Odisha government today effected a major reshuffle in the Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) cadre by changing assignments of as many as 19 officers.

According to a notification issued by the General Administration Department, Susanta Kumar Barik, Director, Textiles UoT as Director, SS & EPD, has been given additional charge of M.D., Boyanika.

Bishnu Prasad Mishra was transferred and posted as posted as Secretary, Odisha Sub-Ordinate Staff Selection Commission, Bhubaneswar.

Biranchi Narayan Mohanty, M.D., MARKFED & Ex-Officio Additional Secretary to Government, Co-operation Department, has been transferred and posted as Director, Elementary Education and Ex-Officio Additional Secretary to government, School & Mass Education Department.

Subrata Satapathy, Additional Secretary, Board of Revenue, Cuttack, was transferred and posted as F.A., Board of Revenue.

Similarly, Satyanarayan Das, Additional Secretary to Government, PR & DW Department who was in February appointed as G.M., Odisha Mineral Bearing Areas Development Corporation (OMBADC), will continue as Additional Secretary of PR & DW Department.

His posting as G.M of OMBADC has been cancelled, the notification said.

Likewise, Jyoti Ranjan Pradhan, General Manager of Odisha State Road Transport Corporation (OSRTC) has been transferred and posted as G.M. of Odisha Mineral Bearing Areas Development Corporation (OMBADC) on foreign service terms and conditions.

Senior OAS officer Rudraprasanna Sahu, Joint Secretary, Board of Revenue, Cuttack, has been transferred and posted as G.M. of OSRTC.

Nihar Ranjan Das was transferred and posted as P.D., DUDA, Angul.

Pratap Kumar Mishra, Administrative Officer, SCB Medical College & Hospital, Cuttack has been transferred and posted as M.D. of MARKFED and Ex-officio Joint Secretary to Government, Co-operation Department.

Chitrasen pasayat, Joint Commissioner of Gopabandhu Academy of Administration, Bhubaneswar has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, RMSA, Bhubaneswar.

Satya Ranjan sahoo, MD, SERTFED & r/c MD, Utkarika has been transferred and posted as Joint secretary to Government, Women & Child Welfare Department.

Rega Geetarani pattnaik, Senior Administrative officer, PCCF, Bhubaneswar was transferred and posted as M.D., SERTFED & r/c MD, Utkarika, on Foreign Service terms & conditions.

Sumita Sarkar has been transferred and posted as PD, DUDA, Cuftack.

Ambar Kumar Kar, Chief Vigilance Officer, OMC, Bhubaneswar has been transferred and posted as Administrative officer, SCB Medicar Coilege & Hospital, Cuttack.

Sudhakar Sabaro, Sub-Collector, Chhatrapur was transfened and posted as ADM, Rayagada.

Soojata Mishra, Administrative officer, Sahid Laxman Naik Medical College & Hospital, Koraput has been has been additial duty of ADM, Koraput.

Prafulta Kumar Swain, Land Officer, IDCO, has been transferred and posted as Joint Commissioner, Gopabandhu Administration, Bhubaneswar.

Ajit Kumar Pradhan, Tahasildar, Tihidi in Bhadrak district has been transferred and posted as Sub-Collector, Pallahara of Angul.
