Odisha govt effects minor reshuffle in senior IAS cadre

The Odisha government this evening effected a minor reshuffle at the senior IAS cadre.

According to sources, 1989 batch IAS officer Pradip Jena has been appointed as the new Chief Administrator of Shree Jagannath Temple Administration. Jena is currently serving as Principal Secretary in the Water Resources department.

Similarly, 1993 batch IAS officer Ashok K Meena has been appointed as the new Secretary Electronics and Information Technology. Meena is currently serving as Special Secretary General Administration and Finance departments.

Besides, 2000 batch IAS officer Sujata Karthikeyan is the new Commissioner Mission Shakti and in addition to that, she will handle Watershed Mission.

Further, 2000 batch IAS T Apang Ao has been appointed as the new Revenue Divisional Commissioner (RDC)-Southern. Ao has returned after an inter-cadre deputation from Nagaland.
