Bhubaneswar: Mission Shakti Commissioner-cum-Secretary Sujata Karthikeyan was entrusted additional charge of Odia Language, Literature and Culture department Commissioner-cum-Secretary by Odisha Government, today.

“Smt. Sujata Rout Karthikeyan, IAS (RR-2000), Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Odisha Government, Department of Mission Shakti is allowed to remain in additional charge of Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government, Odia Language, Literature & Culture Department,” a notification issued by General Administration & Public Grievance department in this regard mentioned.

It is pertaining to mention, Mission Shakti was turned into a directorate in 2017 till it was carved out on June 1 as a separate department with the senior bureaucrat Karthikeyan at its helm.
