Odisha Govt grants permission for Plus II answer sheets evaluation during lockdown

Bhubaneswar: The state Government gave permission to the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) to conduct evaluation of answer sheets of annual Plus-II Examination-2020 during the lockdown period.

The Government granted permission for the evaluation to ensure that results are published at the earliest.

“You are requested to take steps for evaluation of answer scripts of the CHSE-2020 accordingly by following all COVID-19 guidelines issued by the Health and Family  Welfare Department and Special Relief Commissioner (SRC),” said a notification issued by the School and Mass Education Department yesterday.

Worth mentioning,  the department had earlier announced that results will be published by end of July. However, the evaluation process was stopped due to the 15-day lockdown announced in four districts-Cuttack, Khurda, Gajam and Jajpur and Rourkela Municipal Corporation (RMC) area leading to delay in publication of the results.
